Method
Integrative Gestalt Therapy
is more than a collection of psychological methods.
It focuses on what defines us as human beings at our core—our openness, our experience, our existence. The focus is not on technology, but on an inner attitude: mindful, non-judgmental, and open to life.
In interpersonal contact, in genuine seeing and being seen, a space for new vitality is created – precisely where it may have been hidden for a long time.
This encounter at eye level makes it possible to experience oneself anew and to enter into relationships – with others and with oneself.
In my therapeutic work, I offer you a safe space—a safe place where you can try new things. Perhaps you want to try behaviors that previously felt unsafe.
Or you feel the desire to experience yourself in a different light.
In a reliable, appreciative setting, new experiences can grow – often with surprising clarity and vitality.
An essential element of Gestalt therapy are so-called experiments: creative, experience-oriented exercises that can help to experience, understand and release inner blockages.
Different materials or forms of expression can be used when words alone are not enough to give shape to the inner experience.
